📢 Pharmacy Day in Las Vegas & Carson City – You’re Invited! On May 21st, the Joint Interim Commerce and Labor Committee has invited pharmacy leaders to present on “Barriers for Pharmacy Teams Providing Patient Care in Nevada.” We are advocating for legislation to be reintroduced that allows pharmacists to expand clinical services and be reimbursed for the care they provide. The NPA and NVSHP Annual Meeting is coming up September 18–19 in Reno and we’re now accepting presentation proposals.
If you have expertise, innovative practice models, legislative insights, or clinical updates to share, we’d love to feature your session.

Nevada Pharmacy Alliance and NVSHP are hosting a collaborative member hike on Saturday, March 14 at 10 AM.
📍 Ash Spring Trail at Red Rock Canyon • Beginner level • Mostly flat • 1 mile • About 1 hour
We’ll meet at the Kraft Mountain parking lot, gather as a group, and head out together. All members, future members, family, and friends are welcome. No Red Rock reservations required.

Pharmacy Day at the Legislative Building will take place on March 31 in Las Vegas, beginning around 12:00 PM. Agenda details will be shared as they become available.
This event is being coordinated as a joint NPA/NVSHP initiative and is focused on bringing members of the pharmacy team together for collaboration and shared learning.
